Hi, I am Rajesh.

I spent about a decade as a Product Manager at Zynga, Flipkart, and Walmart, shipping consumer products for hundreds of millions of users. I liked the work. What I never liked was watching my ideas sit in a backlog, waiting on engineering bandwidth that never arrived.

In 2025 I started Codepup AI, an AI website and app builder for non technical founders. I shipped about 80 percent of it myself using Claude Code, with no prior dev background. That experience quietly rewired how I think about the Product Manager job and where it is heading.

Skill Agents came out of that rewiring. It is a place for Product Managers who want to stop waiting on engineers and start shipping the AI ideas they already have in their heads. Nothing on this site is theoretical. Everything I write, teach, or record is something I used myself to ship a real product.

The work lives in a few places. A weekly newsletter called The AI PM Playbook. Two YouTube playlists, one on Claude Code and one on production RAG. A live six week cohort on Maven. And a Slack community where Product Managers hang out, trade notes, and help each other ship. For companies, I also run private workshops and longer engagements where I embed with a product team to ship a real AI feature.
