AI Coding for Product Managers
The same workflow Rajesh used to ship Codepup AI as a solo non dev founder. You bring a product idea. You leave with a working build, a workflow you can run again, and a cohort of peers shipping alongside you.
What you will build
Six modules. Each one ends with something working you can actually demo.
- 01
Week 1
A production ready setup from day one
Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, project structure, and the Product Manager mental model for coding with an agent.
- 02
Week 2
Prompts, plans, and the agent loop
Writing prompts that actually work, plan first workflows, and how to read what the agent is doing under the hood.
- 03
Week 3
Tool use and MCP
Connecting Claude Code to real systems like Supabase, APIs, and design tools through MCP.
- 04
Week 4
Shipping to real users
Vercel deploys, environments, feature flags, and the flow from local to production.
- 05
Week 5
Evaluation and quality
How to know your AI feature actually works. Evals, golden datasets, and regression testing.
- 06
Week 6
Your product, your cohort demo
Ship your own build. Present it to the cohort. Leave with a workflow you can run again.
FAQ
Cohort questions
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. The cohort is built for Product Managers and non developers. You will use Claude Code as an AI pair programmer. You bring the product thinking. The agent handles the syntax.
How is the cohort structured?+
Six weeks, live on Zoom. Weekly 90 minute sessions with async support in between. You bring a product idea in week one and ship a working build by week six.
What will I actually ship?+
Your own product. Past participants have shipped MVPs for internal tools, side projects, and company prototypes. The cohort exists so you can ship something real, not just follow tutorials.
What if I fall behind?+
Every session is recorded. Office hours run weekly. The cohort Slack is active across time zones. Nobody ships week one perfectly. Iteration is built into the six weeks.
When does the next cohort start?+
New cohorts run every eight to ten weeks. Check the Maven page for the next enrollment window.
