I’m Raj. 15 years in product at Zynga, Flipkart, and Walmart. Right now I’m building CodePup AI, and I’ve built roughly 80% of it myself using Claude Code.
That sentence would have been impossible to write three years ago.
I’m not a developer. Never coded in last 15 Years. But over the past year I got to a point where I can sit down with an AI coding tool, describe what I want to build, and have something real and working by end of day. Not a mockup. Not a Figma frame. Actual product.
Once that clicked for me, I couldn’t stop thinking about how many PMs are one step away from the same thing and just don’t know it yet. That’s why I’m writing this.

Most AI content for PMs is written by people who’ve read about these tools. I write from what I’m actually building with them. That’s the difference.
I also teach a live cohort on Maven called AI Coding for Product Managers, where PMs go from curious to shipping in six weeks. What I share here is the same thinking, no paywall. The cohort is there if you want to go deeper, but this newsletter stands on its own.
